Our Return Promise

We understand that sometimes gear needs to be tested on the road (or trail) to ensure perfect performance. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ondergoed (underwear)
  • Sokken (socks)

These items are marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our returns process is as streamlined as our jerseys’ ventilation system:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our bilingual (Dutch/English) customer service team will respond within 24 business hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (1266 Dorpshuisweg, Hierden, NL 3849BL)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:

  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Copy of your invoice

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Need a different size in our Shirts & overhemden or a color change in our Broeken?

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original

For fastest service, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original separately.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Fietsshirts or other gear arrives damaged or defective:

  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  3. Receive a replacement or full refund

Performance Guarantee

While we rigorously test all our technical cycling apparel, if you experience performance issues with any product (excluding normal wear and tear), contact us. We stand behind our products just as we stand for Ventilation, Safety, and Shape Retention in every stitch.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian regions):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx)
  • Return shipping times vary by location (typically 10-25 days)
